Course Description:

The role of the controller has never been more important than it is today. The need to link economic analysis to business and create an understanding between business operators is growing together with intense competition and frequent, rapid changes all around us.

Today, the job of the controller and financial manager not only encompasses the traditional areas financing and accounting, but also demands one to act as driving force in the company and as a managerial resource. Moreover, the controller must also consider the traditionally non-financial values that have today been centralised, including quality, training, teamwork, project management, communications and branding.

The lectures of this training are interspersed with cases and tutorials, while you are also given space to share your own experiences and benefit from those of others.
